We are deliberate about only collecting what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We never will.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process within 30 days and complete it within 90 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.

Retention schedule

Account and profile data — deleted within 30 days of account closure
Document content — deleted within 90 days; backups purged within 180 days
Billing records — retained for 7 years per financial regulation requirements
Support correspondence — retained for 3 years for dispute resolution
Server logs — rolling 90-day window, then automatically purged
